Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If your item is out of stock or backordered, you will be notified by email with an estimated restock and shipping date.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking and Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers, if available, will be included in the email and may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Damages, Loss, and Delays
Full Send Powersports is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We encourage you to retain all packaging materials and photographs of the damaged items to support your claim.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact info@fullsendpowersports.com with your order number and we will assist in tracking your shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
